  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RA number) and further instructions on how to return the item.
  • Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping:

  • The cost of return shipping for an incorrect item will be covered by our company. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or arrange for a courier service to pick up the item.
  • Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

5. Inspection and Refunds:

  • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify its condition and confirm that it is the incorrect item as reported.
  • If the item is deemed to be in the same condition as when it was shipped and matches the item reported as incorrect, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
